For fast and efficient communication between customers and KOPA solutions makers (in all stages of information solution usage), we assigned the program product RcG Assist, which is intended for registering job requests (upgrading, problems, errors, etc). Data exchange is effected through Internet; communication is possible 24 hours a day all year round.
Usage of RcG immensely facilitates administration work relative to registering and keeping job requests records. Statistics is also included in this program. When a customer sends a new request to the server, he is automatically registered, numbered and confirmed.
(For optimal application of RcG operation, we recommend usage of Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or the latest version)
