The experience of LIP BLED d.o.o. is that smart organisation and human resources management can maintain and even improve business performance even after dramatic business changes.<\/p>\n

Adaptations to the new situation have led to changes in personnel within the company, mainly in the form of redeployment of employees. LIP BLED wanted to ensure that the right people were in the right jobs, so it introduced annual interviews with all employees.
