On Friday, May 30th, 2025, the team at KOPA d.d. traded office desks for a day in nature and the daily routine for a refreshing breeze of connection.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We gathered at the Vini\u0161nik picnic area, where we kicked off the day with an intense and inspiring teambuilding program led by Roman Peterman. The focus was on themes that matter most to us at KOPA: trust, open communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.<\/p>\n

These values aren\u2019t just part of our projects \u2013 they\u2019re part of our everyday interactions. That\u2019s why events like this are such an important part of our company culture. The morning workshops were challenging but also a great opportunity to reconnect as a team and overcome tasks together.<\/p>\n

After the teambuilding, the day transitioned into a laid-back afternoon. Our grill masters made sure no one went hungry, while the sport lovers proved that even IT people can have lightning reflexes and strong team spirit \u2013 especially on the volleyball court.<\/p>\n

We wrapped up the day with genuine conversations, laughter, and a deep sense of belonging to a team that truly matters. Events like this aren\u2019t \u201ca break from work\u201d \u2013 they\u2019re an essential part of it. They strengthen connections, boost employee engagement, and build company loyalty.<\/p>\n
