At the Innovation Awards ceremony of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia \u2013 Regional Chamber Koro\u0161ka, Kopa d.d. received the silver award for 2025 for the innovation PRO-FIT \u2013 a system for recognizing successful patterns of production competencies.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Behind the project is a dedicated team: Ale\u0161 Pelc, Du\u0161an Krahulec, Marko Popi\u010d, \u017diga \u0160vent, and Domen Ocepek, who are helping shape the future of smart industry in Slovenia with their expertise.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

What is PRO-FIT?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

PRO-FIT<\/strong> is an advanced system for identifying competencies in manufacturing, based on artificial intelligence and large language models (LLMs). The main purpose of the solution is to automatically detect and structure employee competencies from various production-related sources.<\/p>\n

        3. Poskrbite, da bo AI uporaba eti\u010dna, pregledna in varna, <\/strong>tako za zaposlene kot kandidate. Izobrazite zaposlene o tem, kaj je zakonsko dovoljeno pri uporabi umetne inteligence, in kaj ni.<\/p>\n

        V na\u0161i ekipi verjamemo, da je prihodnost dela hibridna<\/strong> – \u010dlovek + tehnologija. Ne zato, da bi eno nadomestilo drugo. Ampak zato, da bi skupaj delovala bolj pametno, hitreje in hkrati \u010dlove\u0161ko<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
