S cjelovitim ERP-sustavom skra\u0107uju se i ubrzavaju procesi, smanjuju se zalihe, pobolj\u0161ava upravljanje resursima i preglednost poslovanja. Unato\u010d tome, mnogi svakodnevni postupci i dalje su u papirnatom obliku i prepu\u0161teni ru\u010dnom radu. Zbog nepromijenjenih postupaka potvr\u0111ivanja i potpisa, koli\u010dina ispisanih i kopiranih dokumenata nije smanjena. Tako poduze\u0107a zapravo ne mogu posti\u0107i o\u010dekivano pove\u0107anje produktivnosti i \u017eeljenu vrijednost investicije.<\/p>\n<p>Poduze\u0107a koja u unutarnjem i vanjskom poslovanju jo\u0161 uvijek koriste papirne dokumente ne mogu poslovati agilno i istovremeno su izlo\u017eena riziku da \u0107e zakasniti s digitalizacijom i izgubiti konkurentnost.<\/p>\n<p>ERP-sustavi povijesno nisu primarno bavili radnim postupcima, nego su se fokusirali na obradu podataka.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cak i najbolji poslovni informati\u010dki sustavi danas jo\u0161 ne omogu\u0107uju digitalizaciju radnih postupaka jer imaju vrlo ograni\u010dene mogu\u0107nosti za prikupljanje podataka, upravljanje radnim tokovima i arhiviranje dokumenata.<\/p>\n<p>Poduze\u0107a \u010desto koriste zaobilazna rje\u0161enja, poput slanja elektroni\u010dkih dokumenata putem e-po\u0161te, no to ne uklanja ru\u010dno prepisivanje podataka i ne omogu\u0107uje uredno, u\u010dinkovito i kontrolirano izvo\u0111enje postupaka.<\/p>\n<p>Pru\u017eatelji ERP sustava obi\u010dno oslanjaju se na vanjska rje\u0161enja, poput dokumentnih sustava. Jedan od najve\u0107ih izazova u poslovanju bez papira je integracija ERP sustava s dokumentnim sustavom koji bi omogu\u0107io jednostavno upravljanje dokumentima koji dolaze iz ERP sustava ili se u njega upisuju.<\/p>\n<p>ODiP za bezpapirsko poduze\u0107e<\/p>\n<p>U potrazi za rje\u0161enjem kako korisnicima razli\u010ditih ERP sustava omogu\u0107iti \u0161to jednostavniji prijelaz na poslovanje bez papira, KOPA je ve\u0107 prije nekoliko godina ponudila novu generaciju dokumentnih rje\u0161enja KOPA ODiP. Ovo rje\u0161enje pojednostavljuje integraciju s ERP sustavima, \u0161to omogu\u0107uje potpuno bezpapirsko izvr\u0161avanje svih radnih postupaka.<\/p>\n<p>ODiP korisnicima omogu\u0107uje da na jednostavan na\u010din digitaliziraju ru\u010dne radne postupke, kao \u0161to je potvr\u0111ivanje nabavnih zahtjeva i drugih dokumenata koji nastaju u ERP sustavu i zahtijevaju autoriziranu potvrdu.<\/p>\n<p>Integracija omogu\u0107uje dvosmjernu razmjenu podataka izme\u0111u ERP-a i dokumentnog sustava, \u0161to osigurava kontinuitet procesa i revizijsku pra\u0107enje. Automatska razmjena podataka uklanja ljudske pogre\u0161ke i dodatno ubrzava izvr\u0161avanje bezpapirnih postupaka.<\/p>\n<p>Korisnici mogu samostalno kreirati nove vrste dokumenata i radne tokove za njih u ODiP-u, \u010dime se digitaliziraju i ostali radni postupci i dokumenti koji nastaju u pojedinim odjelima ili kru\u017ee kroz poduze\u0107e.
