On Friday, May 30th, 2025, the team at KOPA d.d. traded office desks for a day in nature and the daily routine for a refreshing breeze of connection.
We gathered at the Vinišnik picnic area, where we kicked off the day with an intense and inspiring teambuilding program led by Roman Peterman. The focus was on themes that matter most to us at KOPA: trust, open communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
These values aren’t just part of our projects – they’re part of our everyday interactions. That’s why events like this are such an important part of our company culture. The morning workshops were challenging but also a great opportunity to reconnect as a team and overcome tasks together.
After the teambuilding, the day transitioned into a laid-back afternoon. Our grill masters made sure no one went hungry, while the sport lovers proved that even IT people can have lightning reflexes and strong team spirit – especially on the volleyball court.
We wrapped up the day with genuine conversations, laughter, and a deep sense of belonging to a team that truly matters. Events like this aren’t “a break from work” – they’re an essential part of it. They strengthen connections, boost employee engagement, and build company loyalty.
