Last Thursday, 18 September 2025, we held this year’s Kopa Users’ Meeting at Golte, Wellness Hotel Montis. The event was designed as a focused morning with short talks, guided discussions, and time for conversation. We highlighted practical process improvements and new capabilities in Kopa solutions, with a clear goal: that participants leave with ideas they can put to work right away.
The opening segment offered a look at trends in business support solutions (mag. Domen Ocepek, Nina Plazovnik). In the main block, dr. Stevanče Nikoloski presented the “company-brain chatbot,” which answers based on internal documents, systems, and knowledge. This was followed by a series of concise sessions: Kopa ERP – EDI and the AI agent (Kristina Grabner) showcasing automated document exchange; updates to the Recruitment Process module (Urška Zajec) and new talent-sourcing methods (Eva Esih); Payroll as a Service (Urška Zajec); custom development—tailored digital transformation from process mapping to implementation (Simon Jereb); ZInfV-1 as a framework for compliance and resilience (Igor Mlakar); and a real-world IBM Maximo case on asset management and maintenance in a demanding manufacturing environment (Aljaž Gradišnik).
The programme ran as a morning block, followed by lunch and networking. Participants emphasized the end-to-end process demonstrations, clear next steps for introducing automation, and concrete guidance on where to start when the aim is to reduce manual work and improve traceability and responsiveness.
